Shipping Policy

Section 1 - Shipping

CLUB OCEAN proposes different ways of delivery according to the destination country.

For each country, a free option called "basic" and a paying option called "express" are available at the respective prices of 0.00€ and 2.99€.

If for any reason no shipping method is available for a particular country, the delivery of our products is not possible in that country.

The shipping time is 24 to 48 hours for Europe and the total delivery time (shipping + routing) is 7 to 15 days.
An additional delay is possible in case of delivery outside Europe or a possible customs procedure.




Section 2 - Delivery not possible

The delivery of our products is only possible at the customer's home, whose address has been correctly indicated and whose name indicated at the time of the order will correspond to the name present on the mailbox/intercom. Also, the home must have a mailbox accessible and large enough to contain a package of 30X20X10 cm.

Delivery in a relay point or in a post office box is considered impossible.

Any failure to comply with these rules will make the customer and the private delivery service external to CLUB OCEAN solely responsible in case of loss or delivery problem.

CLUB OCEAN can in no case be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an error of indication at the time of the order.



Section 3 - Return

To return a product, please contact the customer service at the following address: contact@clubocean.co so that we can provide you with the documents and the address necessary to start the procedure.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on your address, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, we recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
