Delivery times for Europe are 7 to 11 working days depending on the request and our shipping capacity.

These times can reach 15 days for international shipments outside the European Union.

Each package is visible with a tracking number.

We deliver throughout Europe with a shipping time of 7 to 11 days.

And internationally within 8 to 15 days.

Two delivery options are available:

We have made sure that our bracelets fit all wrist and ankle sizes.

Our bracelets are therefore adjustable.

The pearl bracelets (Turtle, Polar Bear and Dolphins) are elastic and are perfectly suited for wrists from 14 to 20 cm.

The rope bracelets (Sharks and Whales) fit easily on wrists from 14 to 26 cm.

On request, it is possible to shorten or enlarge a bracelet.

Yes, whether it's the elastic or rope models, we've designed them to fit you.


Our bracelets fit 96% of wrists.

However, if you have received your bracelet and it does not fit :

- Too small, you can contact us for a return with this form

- Too big, you can either cut the adjustable rope/elastic or pass it several times through the clasp (for rope bracelets).

YES, the majority of our bracelets are completely water resistant.

You can keep them under the shower but we recommend avoiding sea water, shampoo, shower gel, perfume and hydroalcoholic gel for a longer life.

Exception :

- The following painted ceramic bead bracelets : Seaweed, Crystal Blue

- The following real stone bracelets : Onyx

Our commitments push us to always ensure conscious and sustainable sourcing and production or recycling.

The pearl bracelets (Turtle, Polar Bear and Dolphins) are all made with real natural stones except for the Crystal Blue and Green Seaweed versions which are made with painted natural ceramic beads.

The rope bracelets (Shark and Whale) are made of cotton rope and the pendants of aluminum alloy.


In 2022 it is possible to have an eco-responsible approach AND to work with China !

Yes, our bracelets are made, stored and shipped from China and we have never hidden it.

Explications :

We prefer transparency and truth to beautiful "political" logos of European production that hide dark realities.

100% of the raw materials used come from short and local circuits in China.

An equivalent manufacture in Europe would be less sustainable with the various inevitable transports of imports and exports.
And in addition to the reduced ecology, the costs would not allow us to offer the tracking experience, associative support and awareness for only 21.99€ per wristband.

We therefore prefer to minimize our ecological impact and maximize the margin for donations.

All this while ensuring that our standards of employment, quality and sustainable commitments are irreproachably respected.

Yes, all our tracking is based on real data provided by a real tagged animal.

These data are processed by a data-geographic expert to make them understandable and accessible via our official monitoring which is delayed a few hours to avoid any attempt to negatively affect the animals.

You may have noticed that people have received the same access to the same animal.

This is normal : It is impossible to provide a unique access following a different animal for each bracelet sold about twenty euros.

A tagging operation and follow-up maintenance costs more than 1000€ on average without counting the rescue of the animal.

A small GPS beacon carried in the middle of the ocean can be temperamental.

Our system does its best to process the GPS information received but sometimes the signal received is weak, erroneous or unavailable depending on the position and depth of the animal.
